Mackenzie Smith, former Tarpon Springs High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Former Tarpon Springs High School player and current Flagler Saints infielder and catcher, Mackenzie Smith, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number seven seed against the second seeded North Georgia Nighthawks.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
