Looking for a car-free way to celebrate Halloween?
Dress in costume for Halloween on Central while enjoying face and body painting as well as a decorated bicycle parade - activities for the whole family!
While on the street, watch out for strolling street performers and our doggie wiener race on Central Avenue!
Raise your hand if we'll see you Sunday from 12 to 5pm!
