July 2021: Home prices in Palm Harbor increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Palm Harbor rose by $299,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $572,000 - a 109.5% increase over the $273,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Palm Harbor in July 2020.
