Tarpon Springs home prices fell in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Tarpon Springs fell by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 27.9% decrease over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Tarpon Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,213, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
