How did home prices perform in Oldsmar during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Oldsmar fell by $94,750 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 36.8% decrease over the $257,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Oldsmar in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Oldsmar for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,479, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
