The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Palm Harbor increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Palm Harbor rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Palm Harbor in the second quarter of 2020.
