The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Oldsmar fell by $102,000 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,000 - a 39.4% decrease over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Oldsmar in the first quarter of 2020.
