Tarpon Springs home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Tarpon Springs rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 13.6% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in September 2019.
