Palm Harbor home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Palm Harbor rose by $71,500 while total sales decreased by 75.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $491,500 - a 17% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Palm Harbor in June 2019.
