Tarpon Springs home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Tarpon Springs fell by $6,900 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 3.1% decrease over the $224,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Tarpon Springs in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Tarpon Springs for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,270, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
