The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Palm Harbor fell by $109,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%.
According to BlockShopper.com, the following home sale was reported for the week of November 28-December 4, 2021.
On Dec. 7, Jamie Colon purchased a home at 122 Highland Road, Tarpon Springs from Servicemen Equity Partners LLC for $75,000.
The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Tarpon Springs rose by $79,950 while total sales decreased by 52.9%.
