On Saturday, Feb. 8, former East Lake High School standout Kayla Christensen’s current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Florida Bulls.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulls this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. at Eagle Field against Lipscomb Bisons.
