On Sunday, March 2, former East Lake High School standout Trey Babbitt’s current college team, the Lane Dragons, won 12-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Benedict Tigers.
The game took place at Hollywood Field. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.
The Dragons’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 12 p.m. at Magnolia Field against Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils.
