On Friday, Feb. 28, former East Lake High School standout Kayla Christensen’s current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Florida Ospreys.

The game took place at UCF Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Ospreys this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 9 a.m. at UCF Softball Complex against George Mason Patriots.
