On Friday, Jan. 31, former Tarpon Springs High School standout Kole Hopkins’ current college team, the Mount Olive Trojans, won 12-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.

The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.

The Trojans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Barry Buccaneers.
