On Wednesday, March 12, former East Lake High School standout Kayla Christensen’s current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Bulldogs.

The game took place at Jack Turner Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Eagle Field against Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
