On Sunday, March 9, former East Lake High School standout Kayla Christensen’s current college team, the Georgia Southern Eagles, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Rider Broncs.

The game took place at Eagle Field. This was their third matchup against the Broncs this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 6 p.m. at Jack Turner Softball Stadium against Georgia Bulldogs.
