On Thursday, Feb. 6, former East Lake High School standout Karhys Pierce’s current college team, the South Florida Bulls, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at USF Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Bulls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 4:30 p.m. at USF Softball Stadium against Michigan Wolverines.
