On Saturday, March 1, former East Lake High School standout Cassidy Patterson’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, won 7-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Florida Tech Panthers.

The game took place at Nancy Bottge Field. This was their third matchup against the Tech Panthers this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 3 at 3:20 p.m. at USSSA Space Coast Complex against Cedarville Yellow Jackets.
