On Saturday, Feb. 15, former East Lake High School standout Cassidy Patterson’s current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Barry Buccaneers.

The game took place at Buccaneer Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at NSU Softball Stadium against Eckerd Tritons.
